WellnessFitnessNutrition On-line Store

The WellnessFitnessNutrition On-line Store is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your identifying information. If you choose, you can set up an account. WellnessFitnessNutrition is sensitive to the heightened need to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13. We know customers are concerned about credit card security. So we also use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal. If you choose to use a PayPal account, your personal credit card information will not be given to WellnessFitnessNutrition.

How can I view the Supplement Facts or Nutrition Facts for an item?

All of our product offerings have detailed supplement/nutrition facts available. Click on the Supplement Facts or Nutrition Facts link under the product image on the product page to view or click on the image of the nutritional facts on the product page.

I want to order a product, but you do not seem to carry it.

Is there a way you can start carrying it?

We love to hear your product recommendations and requests, please forward all request to info@wfnnllp.com. That request goes to our product development department for review. Several of our current products have been launched due to direct consumer feedback.



What is your policy on product availability?

Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. wellnessfitnessnutrition.com is not responsible for typographical errors or misprints.

Ordering and Payment FAQ’s

I would like to place an order over the phone. How can I do that?

You can place an order over the phone by calling 855-629-7497 during our customer service center hours, 9am-5pm eastern time Monday through Friday.

Do I need to set up an account to shop at WellnessFitnessNutrition.com?

You will not need to set up an account if you want to buy products online. However, If you do set up an account you will receive additional discounts and promotions not listed on the site sometimes by email.

Adding Items to the Shopping Cart 

To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" or “Buy” button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process.

Checking out 

When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout" to send us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We'll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email. And Yes It's really that easy!

I just placed an order and would like to change the address I used for shipping. Can I do this?

Yes, you may change the shipping address on your order assuming that the order has not shipped. Please contact our customer service line at 855-629-7497

I am placing an order, but one or more of the items is on backorder. When will I receive my order?

If any of your items are on backorder, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock. If you wish, however, you do have the option of splitting your order, so that the in stock items will ship automatically, and then the backorder item/items will ship when they come in. Be aware, however, that you will be charged standard shipping charges on each shipment. If you would like to split your order, please let the customer service know by calling 855-629-7497

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover & Amex You may also pay by check or money order when placing your order by mail.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3-5 business days here at WellnessFitnessNutrition we pride ourselves in providing the freshest product possible, most products are made to order or are often made within 3-5 days prior to the product purchase.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders will be shipped from WellnessFitnessNutrition manufacturing plant located in Miami Beach, FL or Grandville, MI.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in realtime with our tracking software, Click Here. All you have to do is put in the tracking information you receive once your shipment is confirmed and thats it. You can choose to stay updated on it progress via email, SMS message or even a phone call. 

How are orders shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes?

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
